About me

Manager of Couples Therapy in Bonaire

Fabio Dias, Msc.

Basic Psychologist.

I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology from Brazil and a master's in clinical psychology with a focus on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from The Netherlands (Utrecht University). I work primarily with CBT, and I incorporate elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and EMDR. Problem-solving and self-reflection to help you navigate challenges and foster personal growth are also part of my practice.

I have extensive experience as a psychologist since 2015. I had the opportunity to experiment with social and community psychology before deciding on clinical psychology. My diverse life and work experiences in various countries have shaped my cultural, racial, and gender awareness, making me a better professional.

I understand that sharing vulnerabilities with a stranger can feel uncomfortable or scary initially, but I strive to create a safe space for you to express yourself to the fullest. My goal is to help you improve your overall quality of life.
